1. What must a new password contain?

   6–16 characters, including one letter, one number, and one special character. Read the source page

2. How often must the password be reset?

   Every 90 days. Read the source page

3. What happens after five failed login attempts?

   WebView access is disabled and the office has to reset the access and password manually. Read the source page

4. What counts as a special character?

   Any character that is not a number or a letter — the usual ones are !@#$%^&*(). Read the source page

5. Is the username case sensitive?

   Yes, and each family member has a unique username. Read the source page

6. How long can a reply to a message take?

   It may sometimes take 3 business days to receive a response to an email request. Read the source page

7. Can WebView be used in an emergency?

   No. In the event of an emergency, call 911, or go directly to the emergency room. Read the source page
